1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable if:

-You receive a damaged or defective product.

– You receive the wrong product.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, tested, or partially used perfumes.
  • Products purchased during sale/discount events unless defective.
  • Fragrances not purchased directly from WOMI or its authorized sellers.

3. Process

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@womi.in with order detailsand product photos. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 7–10 businessdays.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable (unless due to WOMI’s error)
